The ASTON mobile impact crusher is designed for secondary size reduction in soft-to-medium hard stone quarrying, asphalt recycling, and concrete processing. Built on a mobile chassis, the unit moves directly between working sites to process materials at the source.

Equipped with a heavy-duty rotor, high-chrome blow bars, and adjustable impact plates, the crusher utilizes dynamic impact forces to achieve high reduction ratios in a single pass. Operators can adjust the gap settings to control output particle sizes and reduce flakiness in the finished aggregate.

Configured for multi-stage processing plants, this mobile unit operates between primary crushers and downstream screening units. Integrated conveyor systems and automated overload controls maintain steady material transfer through the processing circuit.

The ASTON mobile impact crushing plant operates through a synchronized multi-stage workflow structured for secondary size reduction and aggregate shaping. Integrating a heavy-duty feeder, an impact crusher unit, and onboard transfer conveyors onto a mobile chassis, the system regulates material intake, executes dynamic impact reduction, and delivers uniform, well-shaped aggregate to downstream units.

1. Controlled material feeding

Raw or pre-crushed stone is loaded into the feed hopper, where a vibrating feeder regulates material flow to maintain steady intake into the crushing chamber.

2. Pre-screening & Fines separation

Integrated grizzly bars or pre-screen decks bypass natural fines and undersized material, reducing unnecessary chamber wear and optimizing throughput.

3. High-impact reduction & Shaping

Materials entering the chamber are struck by high-mass blow bars on the heavy-duty rotor, shattering the rock along natural cleavage lines. The high-velocity fragments are thrown against adjustable primary and secondary impact plates for repeated collision.

This dynamic impact process achieves rapid size reduction while relieving internal stone stress, producing high-spec cubical aggregates with minimal flakiness.

4. Conveying & Closed-circuit screening
