Mounted on a single heavy-duty chassis, the ASTON mobile sand making plant combines an automated feeder, a high-efficiency vertical shaft impactor (VSI), and a multi-deck screen into an all-in-one processing circuit. This fully integrated setup controls raw material feed, applies targeted kinetic collision, and generates continuous-graded, high-spec manufactured sand with minimal manual intervention.

1. Material feeding (secondary feed input)

The heavy-duty feeder smoothly receives secondary crushed rocks or quarry stone chips. Integrated load-sensing controls continuously regulate feed velocity, ensuring a stable, choke-fed stream into the VSI host for maximum impaction efficiency.

2. Fines pre-screening & Bypass

Before entering the rotor, integrated prescreening decks strip out natural fines and already-qualified manufactured sand. Bypassing undersized particles prevents over-crushing, protects internal wear parts, and optimizes total energy consumption.

3.High-velocity VSI impaction & shaping
