A mobile jaw crushing plant delivers a seamless, highly integrated workflow designed for primary on-site crushing. Combining a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher host, and discharge conveyor on a unified chassis, the plant efficiently feeds raw materials, performs primary size reduction, and transfers crushed output—ensuring continuous, reliable operation for downstream processing lines.
After quickly maneuvering to the jobsite, the heavy-duty vibrating feeder receives large raw rocks directly from excavators or dump trucks. It delivers a steady, regulated material stream into the processing line, preventing surge loads and ensuring maximum operational continuity.
Integrated grizzly bars on the feeder separate fine undersize material and natural dirt before entering the crushing chamber. By bypassing non-crushable fines, this step prevents jaw packing, reduces liner wear, and significantly boosts overall crushing efficiency.
Oversized hard rock enters the deep V-shaped crushing chamber of the jaw crusher host. Driven by a heavy-duty eccentric shaft and optimized toggle plate angle, the moving jaw applies intense, repeated compressive force against the fixed jaw plate to fracture the stone.
As the material systematically descends under gravity through high-pressure crushing cycles, it is progressively reduced until reaching the target gap size (CSS) for continuous discharge.
Crushed material is screened into different size fractions using vibrating screens. Oversized material can be returned to the secondary crusher, while qualified material proceeds to final stockpiling.
The discharge conveyor transfers the coarsely crushed material directly to stockpiles or seamlessly feeds it into secondary equipment—such as mobile impact crushers, cone crushers, or screening plants—to complete multi-stage processing.
