An ASTON 3-in-1 mobile crushing plant executes an end-to-end processing workflow directly at the material site. Consolidating feeding, crushing, iron separation, and multi-deck screening on a unified chassis, the station efficiently transforms mixed construction waste into specification-compliant recycled aggregates in a continuous, single-pass operation.
Wheel loaders deposit raw demolition waste into the heavy-duty hopper, where a vibrating feeder regulates material flow and prevents surging into the crushing chamber. Integrated grizzly bars perform initial bypass screening to divert fine soil and natural sand before entering the rotor zone.
The primary impact crusher reduces feed size through high-speed blow bar impacts, breaking down concrete rubble, bricks, and mortar into coarse fragments. As material collides with adjustable impact plates, internal micro-fractures are generated to produce highly cubical aggregate particles. Adjustable curtain clearance allows precise control over primary discharge sizing while protecting internal components from uncrushable tramp material.
As crushed material travels along the main discharge conveyor, a magnetic separator extracts embedded rebar, wire mesh, and ferrous metal contaminants. Continuous self-cleaning belts automatically discharge collected scrap metal into side stockpiles to prevent conveyor puncture and equipment blockage downstream.
The material enters a high-performance vibrating screen, which separates soil and light debris while classifying the crushed output into up to 1–3 clean, spec-grade aggregate sizes. Oversized fractions can be automatically routed back to the crusher chamber via a closed-loop return conveyor for re-crushing.
Graded aggregates are transferred via discharge conveyors for immediate on-site reuse, such as feed material for precast blocks, wall panels, floor tiles, and concrete mixing. These high-quality recycled materials satisfy standard civil engineering specs, replacing primary natural aggregates in modern infrastructure projects.
