ASTON 4-in-1 Mobile Crushing Plant: Complete Crushing & Screening in One Chassis
Engineered to eliminate site setup barriers and complex infrastructure costs, the ASTON 4-in-1 mobile crushing plant consolidates feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying into a single mobile chassis. By combining primary reduction, secondary crushing, and final product sizing within a self-contained unit, it provides an immediate, versatile processing solution for space-constrained jobsites and remote operations.
Built on a high-rigidity mobile chassis, this plant integrates a heavy-duty vibrating feeder, high-efficiency crushing host, multi-deck vibrating screen, and onboard discharge conveyors. This fully integrated architecture bypasses traditional civil foundation requirements, allowing rapid deployment across rugged terrains while maintaining steady throughput under heavy-duty continuous operation.
Operating as a complete closed-circuit processing system, the 4-in-1 plant executes initial size reduction, secondary shaping, and precision multi-stage screening in a single pass. Flexible configuration options allow operators to adapt material flow directly on-site, eliminating inter-stage transport, minimizing footprint, and lowering overall operational cost per ton.

Application field of 4-in-1 mobile crushing plant
Material
Broad material capability covering natural river pebbles, hard rock types (limestone, granite, basalt, diabase, andesite) for high-spec sand making, plus recycled ore tailings and quarry fines.
Application
Mainly used in highways, railways, airport runways, mines, coal mines, construction, garbage and construction waste recycling, hydropower projects, urban infrastructure, roads or construction sites and other operations that need to be relocated and have strong mobility.
4-in-1 mobile crushing plant features:
- Tramp iron & Overload protection system: An automated hydraulic release system clears uncrushable tramp iron without stopping operations, protecting the rotor and liners while avoiding downtime.
- Hydraulic raising & Lowering system: Centralized hydraulic controls enable effortless height adjustment, eliminating manual labor and accelerating on-site leveling during relocation.
- Hydraulic folding hopper: Hydraulically foldable hopper walls lower the transport profile, improving road clearance for smooth highway transit and rapid site setup.
- Integrated pre-screening system: An integrated pre-screen removes dirt and natural fines before crushing, preventing chamber clogging, reducing wear, and boosting total throughput.

The ASTON 4-in-1 mobile crushing plant executes a continuous, closed-circuit processing flow designed for complete aggregate production on a single chassis. Integrating raw material feeding, pre-screening, mechanical reduction, multi-stage screening, and recirculating conveyors into one synchronized unit, the system manages the entire material flow from initial intake to final sized output.
Raw feeds are loaded directly into the heavy-duty hopper, where a high-frequency vibrating feeder regulates continuous, uniform material delivery toward the processing unit.
Before entering the crushing chamber, natural fines, soil, and undersized dirt are separated by the pre-screening unit and bypassed to reduce wear and prevent clogging.
Large raw rocks undergo initial coarse reduction upon entering the primary crushing chamber. Built with heavy-duty liners and high-torque mechanical drives, this stage efficiently reduces large feed boulders into manageable intermediate material while utilizing hydraulic relief systems to handle overload or tramp iron.
The intermediate material flows directly into the secondary crushing phase for precise particle reduction and cubical shaping. By optimizing stroke speed and chamber geometry, this stage ensures high-capacity output with tight particle distribution, delivering superior aggregate quality required for downstream applications.
Crushed materials are transferred onto an integrated multi-deck vibrating screen, which precisely segregates the output into multiple distinct aggregate fractions.
On-spec aggregates are stockpiled via onboard side conveyors, while oversized particles are automatically returned to the crusher via the return conveyor for re-crushing.
